At Glamping Gear, we want you to look and feel your best on every adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your outdoor lifestyle, we'll help you find an exchange or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
